Incorporated in the year 2004 and with a turnover of just over 0.93 million USD the company has grown considerably and year ended 31st march 2008 the company (as a group) recorded an annual turnover of just over 3.36 million USD.

We have achieved this not only because of our service but also because of the quality of products that we are representing.

Today we are in the vendor list of over 400 reputed companies and having a presence in 4 of the most industrialised states of the Western and Eastern territories Namely Maharashtra, Calcutta, Orissa, Chattisgard and shortly in Gujarat. We are also indirectly present through our dealers spread across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Jamshethpur, and Calcutta.

Mr. Ganesh Jamgaonkar is a commerce graduate from the Pune University. Having worked with Eureka Forbes (Sales), ABN AMRO BANK NV (Marketing), is having a rich experience of sales, management and also technical capabilities. With his experience of over 10 years in the sales and distribution field the company has grown to be a full line supplier of tools, special customized tools, Industrial lubes and deburring cutters.

Mr. Dillipkumar Mekap, an electrical engineer form the reputed Institute of Engineers - India, is having and experience of over 14 years. Worked with a cutting tool company as an application engineer for over 7 years. The technical capabilities and his application orientation skills are unmatched.

Under the dynamic leadership of the duo the company has earned an excellent reputation of being a quality customized Technical Solution Provider.

With a total strong force of over 28 people, we are today well equipped to cater to the variety of needs of our diverse customers.

We represent M/s. M. K. MORSE COMPANY of USA for their range of Bi-metal Band saw blades, Carbon Saws, Holes Saws and Power Hacksaws for with we are the sole Importers and distributors in West and East India. We are also coming up with a Butt-welding plant in Chakan - Pune for the range of these products. The products made form Indian factory will be made available by June 2009.

We are also the largest dealers for M/s. TaeguTec (I) P. Ltd., - South Korea Group of Iscar Metal working Corporation (A Warren Buffet Group) for their range of cutting tools like inserts, holders, carbide wear products etc.

In addition to the above we are also manufacturing Tungsten carbide deburring cutters in the brand of Craftech India P. Ltd., These cutters are widely used in the industry for any deburring application of ferrous or non-ferrous metal, finishing of dies & moulds and come in variety of shapes and sizes.

We are also the channel partners for Total Lubricants India. Products like cutting oil, machine oil, rust preventive, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, transformer oil, engine oil etc, can be supplied. These products are well known and accepted in the market in the brand name of ELF Lubricants.
